2008 Honda Odyssey Driver Door Lock Problem

When i toggle the driver s door lock switch up unlock it stays at zero voltage on my digital readout but the polarity changes to negative.

The contact owns a 2008 honda odyssey. The contact had to use the front passenger door to exit and enter the vehicle.
