2006 Dodge Ram 2500 Door Speaker Size

When i got it i noticed that the front dash speakers are the only speakers that work and after checking all the levels.

What speaker size do you use for a 2006 dodge ram quad cab rear door the factory says 5 14 but the aftermarket speaker is to small and a small gap is all the way around the speaker. I have an 03 ram quad cab and just replaced all 4 door speakers. Also wondering how difficult to remove the door card to get to the speaker. The shop that did the work said i had 6x9 in the front and 6 1 2 in the rear but they just made a plate to make the 6 1 2 s work in the front. I m thinking of upgrading the door speakers in my 2014 quad cab. I just bought an 06 dodge ram 2500 that has the infinity sound system and it also has a double din dvd player installed as well. I am guessing they are 6 x9 but not sure.

Can anyone recommend a speaker or tell me the size of the existing door speakers. Speaker location speaker sizes center dash.
