2003 Civic Floor Vent Not Working

Dec 4 2013 1 i have an issue with my sedan my a c air vents are not switching where the air goes the blower motor works and everything but i just don t hear the vents changing directions any suggestions.

I won t change off defrost floor setting i replaced the blend door actuator and did not seem to help it my car has 56000 miles. About 30 minutes down the road the air in the vents stopped blowing blower was still working. No noises or anything when changing the mode via the button.
