2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Tail Lights Not Working

My brake lights reverse lights and blinkers were working.

Can you please help me to fix. When the brake is applied the brake light works. We checked to make sure the brake lights were working in the daytime and they were but we turned the lights on and they would not. Average failure mileage is 141 750 miles.

When my head lights on my 2001 jeep grand cherokee limited are on my tail lights work fine but when i press my brakes my passenger tail light goes out. When he headlights are on the tail lights work. My 2001 grand cherokee has a problem with the right rear tail light and brake light unit. And i also want to know where is the fuse of the tail lights.
