The outside door handle on the passenger side of my 2001 ford focus 4 door sedan doesn t work.

My 2001 ford focus passenger door is not opening.
I try to unlock it with key i cant hardly turn the key but still remain lock and wont open.
However driver door doesn t open at all from inside or outside using key.
