I have a 1996 ranger and as far as i know the tail lights have been working fine. A year and a half ago this happened and the problem was a blown fuse which was easily fixed by replacing the fuse. Dash lights and park lights not working. Lights flash off and on on dash and 4 wheel will not engage 1999 ford ranger pickup lights even flash off and on when not turned on going down the road.
